A tough, technical day out from Buxton into the Rubicon! Slippery clay, deep ruts, and tricky climbs had us in low range from the start—perfect prep for what was ahead.
McFadyen’s Track delivered the real challenge—bog holes, boulders, fallen logs, and tight overgrowth pushing both drivers and vehicles to the limit. No turning back on this one! A few convoy meet-ups made things interesting, but teamwork got everyone through.
We wrapped it up at Keppel Hut for lunch and a well-earned break before an easy run back out.
Challenging tracks, serious skills, and an epic day in the bush.
