King Valley club trip video – wine, dine and drive

What a weekend for TLCCV!

From Friday night’s kickoff at Mountain View Hotel to an action‑packed Saturday on the tracks, this trip had everything from laughs, late nights, river crossings to epic views and unbeatable company.

Day 1 set the vibe early with celebrations, a well‑earned meat‑tray win for one member, and a few hardy souls partying into the early hours. Saturday’s 8am departure came fast, but the convoy rolled out strong from Gentle Annie Caravan Park. We explored Lake William Hovell, tackled the rugged climb to Tomahawk Hut, and conquered our first big river crossing. Pineapple Flat, Speculation Road, and Cobbler Track kept the challenges coming, but the views and teamwork made every moment worth it. After 160km and 9 hours on the tracks, nothing beat rolling back into camp for paella by Jo & John and cocktails from Bar 19. A perfect end to an epic day.

Day 2 was slower (for obvious reasons), with some heading home and others sightseeing at Powers Lookout and Paradise Falls before regrouping at Gracebrook Winery for food, wine, and plenty of laughs. A few even stayed on to explore more tracks.

Another unforgettable TLCCV adventure — great people, great driving, great memories.
