From campfire laughs (and a surprise kookaburra raid!) at Deptford to winding tracks through the hills, this trip had a bit of everything. Day one brought misty mountain views, a few challenges—including a smoky bonnet and a muddy detour—and a well-earned stop at the iconic Dargo Pub before camping riverside under the stars.
Day two delivered stunning scenery, easy cruising, and countless creek crossings along the Haunted River Track, with plenty of banter and laughs along the way. No major dramas—just great driving, even better company, and a reminder of what club trips are all about.
A fantastic weekend in the High Country—mud, mateship, and memories made.
